Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of content has been accessed. No refunds after 7 days or after significant usage. Refund requests must be sent to contact@dhruvaatma.com.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Less than 10% of the subject content has been accessed or read on your account.
  • No more than 1 mock test has been completed.
  • The request is submitted from the registered email address.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Accounts that have accessed more than 10% of content
  • Subscription renewals (annual renewals of the Complete plan)
  • Partial refunds for unused subscription periods
  • Accounts suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to contact@dhruvaatma.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Registered Email]”
  2. Include your full name, registered email address, payment ID (from your receipt email), and reason for refund.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

4. Pass Guarantee — Not a Refund

The Pass Guarantee is an extension of subscription for the next AIBE exam cycle, not a cash refund. It is available exclusively to Premium subscribers who meet the eligibility criteria (80%+ content completed, 5+ mock tests). See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

5. Failed / Duplicate Payments

If your payment failed but was debited from your account, or if you were charged twice for the same subscription, please contact us immediately at contact@dhruvaatma.com with your payment details. Such errors will be resolved within 3 business days with a full refund or credit as appropriate.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation prevents future auto-renewals but does not generate a refund for the current subscription period unless you are within the 7-day refund window and meet the eligibility criteria above.
